Photography
My art practice is both intentionally, and inherently, heavily influenced by my mother's artistry. She often utilized photography as a means of capturing candid everyday moments in time, as well as to emphasize & further translate her works in other mediums. I aim to do a bit of the same, via both digital and film photography. I also find image manipulation-both digital & manual-fascinating & transcendental in its own unique way.
Digital photographs are taken on a Canon Rebel EOS T6, or various iPhone models, with film photographs using a traditional vintage Polaroid camera, or an Asahi Pentax k1000.
